On September 7, 2023, the Philharmonic staff held a meeting with the newly appointed head of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the region K. Suleimenov. During the meeting, the issues necessary for the fruitful, successful, modern work of the Philharmonic were touched upon. In the direction of enriching the program, the repertoire of the pop-symphony orchestra, the painstaking work of this collective, the need for sewing scenario costumes in 3 variants was noted. A. Kharmysov was invited to engage in the education of local traditional singers. Proposals were made about the band's tour to foreign countries, participation in republican festivals, establishing contact relations not only with regional, but also with republican and other TV channels. The solemn celebration of the awarding of the Philharmonic named after the singer D. Rakyshev was scheduled for the opening of the season.
