Saltanat Sharipovna Birimzhanova was born on November 26, 1967 in the village of Araltobe of the Basshi state farm in the Kerbulak district of the Almaty region. In 1986, she graduated from the Panfilov Pedagogical College in Zharkent, specializing in primary school teacher, pioneer counselor. In 2006, she graduated from the Faculty of Philology of Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov in Taldykorgan with a degree in Kazakh language, Literature and English Language Teaching.
He worked as a teacher until 2011.
In 2011 - 2012, she worked as a methodologist at the Almaty Regional Folk Art Center, and in 2012 - 2013, as an editor at the regional media center of the Nur Otan party. Since 2013, she has worked as a music editor, head of the department, and methodologist at the Almaty Regional Philharmonic named after Suyunbai. Since 2022, she continues this position at the Danesh Rakishev Philharmonic of the Zhetisu region.
