Yesengeldinova Saya Kabdykenovna was born on March 1, 1976 in the city of Usharal, Alakol district, Almaty region. She graduated from the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Music Education. From 1996 to 2003, she worked at the Alakolsky District House of Culture. Since 2003, she continued her career as a soloist at the A. Kashaubaev State Philharmonic Society in Semey. In 2006 - 2008, she worked at the Cultural Center of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana at the special invitation of the Director of the Center, M. Zholdasbekov. Since 2008, she has worked as a soloist at the Almaty Regional Philharmonic named after Suyunbai. In 2003, she became the winner of the First Akan Seri Prize of the Ata Mura Republican Festival, in 2004 she became the winner of the special prize named after M. Yeshekeev of the II Republican Competition named after Zh. Yelebekov. In 2005, she became a laureate of the III degree of the VIII International Festival "Shabyt", in 2007 she became a laureate of the II degree of the K. Azerbayev Competition. She participated in the filming of programs of the national TV channel "Kazakhstan" dedicated to traditional song art. In 2007, she was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan for many years of fruitful work in the development of culture and art. In 2012, she became the "Best Performer" of the Dala Dauisi music radio Festival, organized by the Kazakhstan Broadcasting Corporation.In 2013, she was awarded a Diploma of the III degree of the IX republican contest of traditional performers named after Amre Kashaubayev, became a laureate, and received a special prize from Akim of the East Kazakhstan region B. Saparbayev. She has repeatedly become a laureate of regional competitions, and has been awarded letters of thanks from the heads of regions and cities. In 2015 - 19, she worked as the artistic director of the Philharmonic soloists.
