Mursalimova Assel Talgatovna was born on February 14, 1985 in the village of Zhalgyzagash in the Eskeldinsky district of the Almaty region. In 2004, she graduated from the Taldykorgan College of Economics and Technology with a degree in Economics, Accounting and Auditing. In 2004, she entered the Zhetysu Economic Institute with a degree in Accounting and Auditing, from which she graduated in 2007. In 2005, she was certified as a civil servant, working as an accountant in the Zhalgyzagash rural akimat. In 2008, she was accepted to the Taldykorgan College of Economics and Transport as a lecturer in economics. In 2014, she was accepted as an accountant for the financial desk at the Almaty Regional Philharmonic named after Suyunbai. In 2016, she worked as a 1C operator at Levintegration LLP in Almaty. In 2018 - 2019, she worked as a deputy accountant at the regional social boarding school for children with mental disorders. Since 2020, she has worked as Deputy Chief Accountant of the Almaty Regional Philharmonic named after Suyunbai, and since 2022 she continues to work as Deputy Chief Accountant at the Danesh Rakishev Philharmonic of the Zhetisu region.
