Kusainova Arai Azatovna was born on May 21, 1988 in the city of Taldykorgan. In 2010, she graduated from Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov in Taldykorgan with a degree in Finance.
She started her career in 2010 as an accountant at the Koksu District House of Culture. Since 2017, she has worked as an accountant at the Almaty Regional Philharmonic named after Suyunbai, and since 2022 she continues to work as a public procurement specialist at the Danesh Rakishev Philharmonic of the Zhetisu region.
