Beknazarov Serikzhan Daerzhanovich was born on August 23, 1962 in the village of Nikolaevka, Andreevsky district, Taldykorgan region. From 1969 to 1979 he studied at the Russian secondary school in Nikolaevka village. In 1984, he entered the Almaty National Economic Institute, and graduated from this university in 1988.
