Zhangeldy Temeshuly Nemerebai is a poet, a member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan. He was born on May 8, 1978 in the Alakol district of the Almaty region. He graduated from Kanabek Bayseitov Music College and Ilyas Zhansugurov Zhetysu State University in Taldykorgan, Faculty of Culture and Art. He started his career in 2003 as a music teacher at the Malgadzhar Aubakirov secondary school in the village of Yekpindi, Alakol district. From 2004 to 2005, he worked as an ensemble leader at the Children's Creativity Center in Usharal. In 2006 - 2008 - correspondent of the regional newspaper "Alatau", in 2008 - head of the village club "Karlygash". In 2012 - 2015, he led the folklore and ethnographic song and dance ensemble Taldykorgan Auenderi.
Collections of poems "Ak kaynar sezim", "Kar gulderi", "Arman ayaldamasy" (the last two collections with the support of the akim of the region) and an audio recording called "Bir Beine" were published. The poems have been translated into Kyrgyz and included in the anthology of Kazakh poets, published in Spanish. In 2013, at the First Republican Radio Festival of Military Songs, organized by the Kazakhstan Television and Radio Company and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, his song "Jauynger Khaty" received the nomination "Best Military Song". Poems are published in national publications. Songs based on his poems were accepted into the golden fund of the Kazakh radio.
He worked as the music editor of the Almaty Regional Philharmonic named after Suyunbai. In 2019, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Almaty regional branch of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan. Since 2022, he has been a representative of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan in the field of Zhetisu. Since 2022, he has been working as the music editor of the Danesh Rakishev Philharmonic of the Zhetisu region. The book "Alty alashtyn Alakoli", published on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Alakolsky district, noted his achievements in the field of cultural development of the district.

Nurmikhametov Askar Kalievich was born on August 10, 1965 in the village of Gagarin, Yesilsky district, Akmola region.He began his career in 1982 - 1985 as the artistic director of the Altynemelsky rural House of Culture in the Kerbulak district of the Taldykorgan region. From 1986 to 1990 he studied at the Tchaikovsky Music College in Almaty, from 1990 to 1995 he received a professional education at the Kurmangazy State Conservatory in Almaty. Almaty by "Soloist - vocalist".Since 1995, he continued to work at the Kerbulak regional House of Culture, worked as a methodologist, artistic director, director of the House of Culture until 2005. Additionally, he taught at a children's music school, opened a choir class and a solo singing class, and educated many young singers.From 2005 to 2011, he worked as an artistic director, acting director of the Otenai Rural House of Culture in Taldykorgan. Since 2011, he has worked as the head of the department of the Almaty Regional Folk Art Center, and since 2022, he has been the artistic director of the Zhetisu Regional Folk Art Center. In addition, since 2022 he has been working as a music editor at the D. Rakishev Philharmonic of the Zhetisu region.
Askar Kalievich has been the main presenter of cultural events for 40 years, developing a director's staging of events of national significance in Astana, Almaty, and the region, as well as a program and scenario plan for cultural events. He also annually produces a series of scripts, presenting them as methodological assistance to beginners, and organizes seminars for cultural workers in the region on various topics. Closely cooperates with the House of Friendship of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan region. He teaches at the Department of "Singing" at the Kanabek Bayseitov Music College. Taldykorgan.
