Maksat Arystanbayev was born on April 24, 1978 in the village of Krasny Rybak in the Burlitobinsky district of Taldykorgan region. In 1995, he entered the Faculty of Music and Pedagogy at Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov, graduating in 1999. In 2003-2006, he studied at the graduate school of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, graduated in the field of cultural studies. 2001 - 2002 - Head of the variety club of the O. A. Zholdasbekov Palace of Students of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
2002 - 2007 - Director of the Student club of the O. A. Zholdasbekov Palace of Students of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University - Deputy Director of the Palace of Students.
2007-2009 - Head of the Concert program Preparation Department of the Kazakh Radio and Television Broadcasting Company "Kazakhstan".
