Shokanayev Ershat Bakytovich was born on September 1, 1979 in Karatobinsky District of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The education was higher,the Kazakh State University on the specialty of the choreographer. From 2002, he worked as an artist of the ballet in the state ensemble of the National Dance "Altynai" of the Almaty Regional Philharmonic named Suyunbaya. Ershat Bakytovich, working in the ensemble, and in the Bolshoi Theater in the formation of the collective with the highest heights.

Seitkozhaev Nurzhan Duissenbaevich was born on October 26, 1981 in the village of Konyrolen, Panfilovsky district, Almaty region. In 2003, he graduated from Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov with a degree in Music and Singing. From 2002 to 2008, he worked as a laboratory assistant in the ASU educational laboratory. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a methodologist at the Zhetysu Rural House of Culture. From 2010 to 2013, he worked as the head of the department "Operation of a mobile cultural complex and technical equipment" at the Almaty Regional Folk Art Center. In 2013-2015, he worked as a manager at the Almaty Regional Philharmonic named after Suyunbai. From 2015 to 2017, he worked as the musical artistic director of the State Agricultural Committee "Alatau Auenderi". From 2017 to 2019, he worked as the chief administrator of the Almaty Regional Philharmonic named after Suyunbai. In 2022, he worked as the organizer of the Karabulak secondary school of the Eskeldinsky district. Since 2022, he has been working as the chief administrator of the Danesh Rakishev Philharmonic of the Zhetisu region.
