On November 15, 2023, the I. Zhansugurov Palace of Culture hosted a creative concert of the Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, composer, conductor, holder of the Order of "Kurmet" Rakhat Madreev "Omir - ozen" with the participation of the orchestra of folk instruments of the M. Tolebayev Philharmonic, singers. The audience listened to the composer's works, the evening was held at a high level.
