On February 25, 2023, the B. Rimova Drama Theater hosted a concert program "Another White Dawn of February" dedicated to the birthday of Kazakh poet Mukagali Makatayev. The curtain of the song and verse festival was opened by the songs "Sarzhailau" performed by the trio "Bravo", "Shalkodem menin, Shalkodem", "Ayagoz aru", "Ush merki" performed by traditional singers, "Taldykorgan - anim menin", "Kel, yerkem, Alatauyna" as well as other songs accompanied by an orchestra folk instruments named after M. Tolebaev Philharmonic. The Philharmonic dance group decorated the concert with the dance "Kunisharar", and the singers of the Eskeldinsky district House of Culture, the FE ensemble "Taldykorgan auenderi" performed popular songs based on the poet's poems. And the actors of the theater, reading a composition from the poet's poems, during the stage production told about the poet's poetry.
