On March 13, 2023, in honor of the 110th anniversary of the outstanding Kazakh composer, People's Artist of the USSR, laureate of the USSR State Prize Mukan Tulebayev, an educational evening "Mangilik Murasy" was held. During the evening, A. Kabykenova, a cultural worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, made a report on the life and work of the composer. Then a documentary film about M. Tulebayev and an excerpt from the opera "Birzhan-Sara" performed by the orchestra of folk instruments named after M. Tulebayev were shown. Invited students of the K. Bayseitov College of Music received a lot of information about the famous composer.
