Madiev Askhat Talgatovich was born on October 6, 1993 in the city of Taldykorgan. As a schoolboy, he participated in regional and national competitions. In 2011, he entered the Music and Drama Faculty of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts. Zhurgenova, graduated in 2015 with a degree in Acting \Musical Theater Artist\. In 2012 - 13, he played the role of a boxer named Askhat in the Russian television series "Coach". In 2013, he won the Grand Prix of the O. Baydildaev Patriotic Song Contest. In 2014, he played the role of three - time world champion Bolat Zhumadilov in the film "Bekzat", dedicated to the life of Sattarkhanov. He worked at the Lepsinsky House of Culture in the Sarkand district. While working in the area, he honed his directorial skills, staged theatrical productions "War", "My name is Kairat" (about Kairat Ryskulbekov).
In 2015, he got a job as a soloist at the Almaty Regional Philharmonic named after Suyunbai. As a member of the Philharmonic's staff, he traveled abroad, in particular, to China (2015), Serbia, and Turkey (2016), where he promoted national art.
Since 2022, he has been working as a soloist at the Danesh Rakishev Philharmonic of the Zhetisu region. Since 2024, he has been the director of the Philharmonic Society.
