On March 7, 2023, the Philharmonic men's collective congratulated women on the International Women's Holiday - March 8. The solemn congratulation began with a meeting of the female half of the band at the entrance to the concert hall "living corridor" with applause. Then the Director of the Philharmonic Society awarded a number of female employees with certificates of appreciation on his behalf. The congratulation ceremony continued with the presentation of gifts and flowers, as well as a concert program filled with beautiful songs performed by male vocalists.
