On January 30, a literary and musical evening dedicated to the fiery poet Zhumatai Zhakypbaev took place in the Philharmonic Concert hall. Representatives of the intelligentsia, poets and writers performed as part of the evening, where they talked about the poet's work, and also the poet's poems were read. In addition, songs based on a number of poems by the poet were performed. The theater's artists performed a stage production dedicated to the poet's life and work.
