On May 12, 2023, a concert program called "Tugan Zherge Tartu" was held in the Philharmonic concert hall with the participation of famous artists from the Zhetysu region, who are performing on the big stages of the country today. The event was held by Aslan Bekenov, the head of the dance ensemble "Highlander" Aslan Isaev, Emin Hadjiev and Nurzhan Zhetpisbayev, who make a significant contribution to the development of the cultural life of our city. During the evening, Serikbol Sailaubek, the Brothers group, Samat Zhangazin, Azamat and Embergen SMI, Saltanat Kudaibergenova, Yerasyl Kuanyshbek, Rasha Mukan, the Khan Tengri group, Zhiger Arap, Dauren Kydyrov, Beksultan Bekaydar, Akbota Sabyrzhanova and the Soul Vibe modern dance group performed well in a free format. At the end of the concert, the Director of the Philharmonic presented letters of thanks to the performing artists on his behalf.
